We offer a 12-month structural warranty on our basins. This warranty covers the structural integrity of the basin, ensuring it’s built to last.

Please Note, the Warranty Does Not Cover:

1. Use of the basin in commercial settings
2. Chipping, cracking, or discoloration due to general wear and tear of concrete
3. Damage caused by improper use or handling of the product
4. Improper care or maintenance that does not follow the Sticks + Stone Co Maintenance Guide
5. Damage resulting from incorrect installation of the basin

Important Information:

Our concrete basins are crafted using high-quality GFRC or concrete, molded to create a distinctive design. Due to the natural properties of concrete, variations in colour, texture, and air pockets/pinholes are to be expected. While we fill some air pockets for a smoother finish, these characteristics are a part of the basin's raw, handcrafted individuality and are not considered manufacturing defects.
