Who We Are

Dane and Tim, the creative minds driving Sticks + Stone Co. and the force behind our exquisite line of handcrafted concrete basins.

Crafted with precision and poured with passion, Sticks + Stone co bring quality to our products which is made possible by our small team of dedicated artisans..

We're carpenters, qualified builders, formworkers, concrete artisans, best mates and family men. We pride ourselves on our quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and love to see our designs come to life in our client's home or commercial space.

Our Story

Dane and Tim met and worked together in the commercial construction industry for several years.

Both intrugued by the creative aspects of concrete they decided to take on some side projects whilst working full time. After a while the demand for the benches and BBQ's grew and at the end of 2020 they decided to turn their side hustle into a full time business.

They continued with the concrete designs, whilst trialling several different concrete blends, colours, styles and sealers to grow a sophisticated range of concrete basins.

Today they offer a range of concrete designs including bench tops, bbqs, fire places, pool surrounds and stepping stones, a small range of furniture and 8 concrete basins designs (along with custom vanity tops and basins).

What We Do

We offer concrete basins, polished concrete benchtops, outdoor BBQ's, custom concrete furniture, bench seats, pool surrounds, off-form walls and concrete stairs.

Our custom pieces and products can be made in a range of colours and textures from both GFRC (glass fibre reinforced concrete) or traditional concrete.

With the versatility of concrete, combined with our wide range of skills, we can offer a variety of unique designs to suit any interior decor or outdoor space.

Supporting Australian Made: Not only are the designs crafted in the Sunshine Coast, QLD – but all materials are sourced from leading local suppliers.

Handcrafted: Every design is handmade in Australia, ensuring attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Sustainability: GFRC is known for its low environmental impact compared to traditional concrete. The strength of the basin reduces the need for frequent replacements and by buying materials locally this reduces the carbon footprint associated with long distance shipping.

Made to Order - All basins and benches are handmade. Meaning we dont accept change of mind or returns unless faulty.
